The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was ok (could have been more varied). The hotel is excellently located, near the city centre (aprox. 10 min walk, or 2 stops with tram or bus).

The hotel is located close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. it is situated near the river and a bridge, providing a scenic view. the staff is helpful, and the accommodations are clean and modern with a good variety of facilities.
Although the hotel is situated near public transportation and a scenic river, the surrounding area may not be considered the safest to walk around in at night.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The rooms were clean, modern, and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the helpful reception staff who spoke English fluently and were always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, with warm croissants and freshly squeezed juices being a highlight. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with public transport nearby and the city center just a short walk away. Plus, some rooms even offered a stunning view of the Alps.
No major issues to report, everything was satisfactory.

very clean rooms and comfortable beds.
the address was not correct. We had to drive around for half an hour to get there. There is no turkish bath as they said. It was just a regular sawna.

I appreciated the modern and clean rooms with helpful staff, who were always willing to help me with directions to the city center, only a short walk or ride away on public transport. The breakfast buffet was a favorite of mine, with freshly squeezed juices and warm croissants.
I must say though, the location was not ideal, with the surrounding area being less than desirable. the cost for Wi-Fi was excessive for what was offered.

Clean, calm, near centre
a bit noisy if the window is open, otherwise you have to sleep with air conditioner; one of the personnel was mean and not polite, others were ok

Personale gentile, camere confortevoli. Non è centralissimo ma nelle vicinanze si trova parcheggio. Ottimo per chi è a Torino in auto.
